Yes, but the house bank charges approx./at least 5€ for each withdrawal. You may have to have your EC card activated for Thailand first. MAESTRO is not available at every ATM in Thailand. There may also be restrictions on the part of the banks. For example, there is the PayPal credit card, but it does not work in Thailand (as of 2022). Therefore, one should not rely on it.Other:

Yes, you should definitely load the prepaid credit cards with credit in advance. The transfer takes 1-2 days from another bank. Internal transfers, i.e. from the current account to the DKB credit card account take only seconds. At DKB, the money is debited directly and automatically from the current account. Therefore no additional effort.
